Northwest Straps $1,000 Viral Challenge — Official Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
Open to all participants worldwide. Northwest Straps employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter
Create a public post on any social media platform that mentions Northwest Straps or its products and includes a link to one of our official Northwest Straps social media pages. Your post must portray Northwest Straps and its products in a positive light. Once your post is live, DM us proof of entry on any of our official social media accounts. Submitting proof of entry constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Entry Requirements
Your post must be public and remain unedited after submission. Any edits made to the post after proof of entry is submitted will void your entry. Posts that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.

Required Disclosure
Every entry post must include a clear disclosure that the content was created as an entry into the Northwest Straps $1,000 Viral Challenge. Acceptable disclosures include #NWStrapsChallenge or a statement such as "entered in the @nwstraps $1,000 Viral Challenge." Posts without this disclosure will be disqualified. This disclosure requirement is consistent with FTC Endorsement Guidelines for contest entries.

Defining Viral
For the purposes of this contest, a qualifying post must reach a minimum of 1,000,000 (one million) organic views. Views generated through paid promotion, paid view services, bots, automated tools, or any form of artificial engagement inflation do not count toward this threshold and will disqualify the entry. Northwest Straps reserves the right to review entry analytics and reject any post that shows signs of inauthentic engagement, including but not limited to abnormal view-to-engagement ratios, sudden unnatural spikes in activity, or follower patterns inconsistent with organic reach.

Prize
One winner will receive $1,000 USD, paid in cash. No substitutions or transfers. Prize winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Winner Selection
Among all qualifying entries that meet the one million organic view threshold, Northwest Straps will select the winner based on overall post performance and quality at its sole discretion. If a post is selected as a potential winner, the entrant will be required to provide a screenshot or screen recording of their post analytics as part of the verification process. Failure to provide analytics upon request, or analytics that indicate inauthentic engagement, will result in disqualification. This is a skill-based contest. Winners are not selected by random draw.

Contest End Date
This contest ends December 31, 2026, or upon selection of the first winner, whichever comes first. No entries will be accepted after the contest closes.
