Do you make custom straps?
While we have a massive selection of our own designs, making something perfect for your business is our bread and butter. We can do you strap almost any length or design you need with a picture quality design embedded in to the material itself. Our talented team of graphic designers will blow you away with a design that is perfect for your needs.
Help, I have an idea for pet wear, netting, straps or other thing done with Webbing but I don't know how to make it. Can you help?
We have a skilled design team that can help to make your vision a reality. They understand the engineering behind any modifications that you may need and will work with you to create the perfect product for your needs.
Where are your products made?
We are an American manufacturer based in Springfield, Oregon. Every cent of your purchase supports American Jobs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and checks. We are happy to take your payment over the phone or with a secure payment link.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Being a small family owned and operated company we don't have someone around to answer our phone 24/7 but we will always get back to you promptly.
Do you offer free shipping?
In order to get you the best prices possible we do not offer free shipping. Most companies will roll the cost of shipping in to the price of the product. Here at Northwest Straps we will work to find the most affordable and efficient shipping for your order.
How do I place an order?
It's our goal to make ordering as easy as possible. If you are an existing customer just reach out to your rep and they will get you sorted out in the same quick and friendly way that you are used to. What sets you apart from straps that I can get at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.?
We are set apart because we are an American manufacturer. When you go to a big store you are buying straps mass produced in China. From us you are buying hand made American products individually inspected to meet your particular specifications. You can see and feel the quality difference.
Why do I need branded straps for my business?
