Northwest Straps (NW Straps) is a family-owned manufacturer of custom printed ratchet straps, cam straps, tie-downs, lanyards, key fobs and webbing. Brothers Jay and Justin Sowers founded the company in 2016, and every product is dye-sublimated and assembled in-house at our factory in Springfield, Oregon.

How We Print
Dye-Sublimated in Our Own Factory
We print with dye sublimation, which bonds the dye directly into the polyester fibers instead of sitting ink on top of the strap. Your logo, colors and full artwork become part of the webbing, so they won't crack, peel or rub off on gear that gets used hard every day. That makes our printing far more durable than screen-printed straps. Here's how dye sublimation works.
Because we print, cut, sew and assemble everything in-house, we can match brand colors, print edge to edge, run photo-quality patterns, and print a different design on each side of the webbing.

We also make endless ratchet and cam straps, tow straps, 4" x 30' truck straps, wheel net tie-downs, snowmobile straps, axle straps, soft ties, winch hang tags, UTV harnesses and mouse pads. Every tie-down has a published break strength and working load limit on our break strength and working load chart.
Hardware
End Fittings and Buckles
We can build a strap with almost any end. Common options include:
- Safety S-hooks for powersports and general cargo
- Twist snap hooks, claw hooks and buckle hooks for 10K car hauler straps
- Flat hooks and J-hooks for flatbeds and trailers
- E-track fittings for enclosed trailers and cargo vans
- Soft loops, in our new style that adds 16 inches of length when the loop isn't in use, or the classic style
Our ratchet and cam buckles have a sand-texture zinc coating that runs smoother and holds up better to scratches and rust. Buckle protectors are available for endless straps.

How a Custom Order Works
- Request a quote. Tell us the products, quantities and any hardware or length requirements.
- Free design. Send your logo or artwork and our in-house design team builds the print. Graphic design is free with every custom order.
- Approve your proof. You approve a proof of your design before we start production.
- Production. We print, sew and assemble your order in Springfield, Oregon. Custom orders take up to 12 weeks, depending on the season.
- Shipping. We ship worldwide.
