Return Policy

Section 1: Listed Products on Our Website

     Section 1 of our return policy applies only to retail items listed on our website for purchase and does not apply to custom straps or custom printed webbing that are not listed on our website.

     Satisfaction Guarantee: All products listed on nwstraps.com for purchase are returnable within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

     Northwest Straps guaranties its listed products to be free of manufacturing defects. If a purchased product is received with what you believe to be a manufacturing defect, please email sales@nwstraps.com and request an RMA Form. Once an RMA Form is filled and returned, our support team will review the request and issue an exchange or return if the request is deemed valid. This process may include emailing photos of the product in question for our team to review.

Section 2: Custom Products

     Custom products are defined as any sewn strap and/or custom printed webbing/sewn straps of a pattern not listed for sale on our website. Custom products are only returnable if they are judged to have a manufacturing defect.

     Northwest Straps guaranties its custom products to be free of manufacturing defects. If a custom product is received with what you believe to be a manufacturing defect, please email sales@nwstraps.com and request an RMA Form. Once an RMA Form is filled and returned, our support team will review the request and issue an exchange or return if the request is deemed valid.
